SaskTel Centre strives to provide superior service to all of our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. SaskTel Centre provides a range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to provide for the comfort and enjoyment of our events and facility. This section highlights our services:

Accessible Tickets

Accessible seating is available on the concourse seating level of the SaskTel Centre. Seating locations vary depending upon the event. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate what type of accessible seat you require, so that we can properly assist you.

To purchase accessible seating:

  • Visit www.ticketmaster.ca, select your event, click on the "Request Accessible Seating" icon
  • Call SaskTel Centre Box Office at 306-938-7800
  • Visit a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet and request accessible seats.
  • SaskTel Centre Box Office.

Accessible Parking

Accessible parking is available in two lots at SaskTel Centre. These lots include the Lot A1 (west side of venue), and Lot D1 (east side of venue). Designated spaces are available for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate only. These accessible spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis, so please plan accordingly.

Drop-off

The accessible drop-off location for SaskTel Centre is located via Gate 5 (Thatcher Ave & 60th Street) or the south entrance of the venue. Arrangement can be made for assistance to your seats from the entrance at this location.

First Aid

There is one First Aid Station located inside SaskTel Centre. Located on the main concourse near section A. The First Aid Station is staffed with trained emergency medical personnel during events. If you are in need of medical attention, please notify a SaskTel Centre employee for assistance.

Service Animals

Service animals that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in SaskTel Centre. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee. The service animal must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle.

Restrooms

All restroom facilities at SaskTel Centre are accessible. In addition, there is one family/unisex restroom at section E, which provide private and convenient toilet facilities for our guests with disabilities.
