Doors will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.
Please check the event profile for your specific event for the minimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to SaskTel Centre. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note, that for certain children's events (such as the performances of Disney Live!), all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.
For Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush games, children aged two (2) and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Please contact the SaskTel Centre Box Office for more information.
Backpacks and large bags/purses are not permitted. All items brought into SaskTel Centre are subject to a security search.
Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required. On a side note, do not post pictures of your tickets on social media platforms, ticket bar codes can easily be copied, altered and re-sold.
Public parking is located all around the building. Pre-paid and permit parking is located in Lot B1. If you would like more information on bus or limo parking, please call Parking Office at 306-229-5011.
The camera policy varies from event to event. Absolutely no professional cameras, video recording or tablets/IPads are allowed in the building. Contact SaskTel Centre box office for more information.
SaskTel Centre looks forward to having you attend an event with us, however please take precaution when purchasing tickets. SaskTel Centre cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets that are obtained through any third party that is not one of our listed points of purchase.
Yes, all lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please call 306-938-7800 with a description of the item and the date it was lost. After 30 days all items will be donated or discarded.

Tickets are only good for the event and seat in which they are purchased and cannot be transferred. All patrons of the SaskTel Centre are required to abide by the events policies and procedures. Tickets may be voided due to the discretion of the SaskTel Centre staff. Please see our policies for more details.
