What are box office hours?

  • Monday - Friday 10am-7pm*
  • Saturday - 10am - 5pm
  • Sunday/Holidays 12-5pm

*If there's an event, the box office will continue to stay open SaskTel Centre Box Office will open at 10am on Saturdays and 10am on Sundays if there is an event that day

What time do the doors open?

Doors will open at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the event.

What is the minimum age of a child needing to buy a ticket?

Please check the event profile for your specific event for the minimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to SaskTel Centre. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note, that for certain children's events (such as the performances of Disney Live!), all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket.

For Saskatoon Blades and Saskatchewan Rush games, children aged two (2) and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Please contact the SaskTel Centre Box Office for more information.

May I bring a backpack?

Backpacks and large bags/purses are not permitted. All items brought into SaskTel Centre are subject to a security search.

What if my tickets are lost or stolen?

Keep your tickets in a safe place until the event, but if they are lost or stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. Proof of purchase will be required. On a side note, do not post pictures of your tickets on social media platforms, ticket bar codes can easily be copied, altered and re-sold.

Where should we park? Where is bus or limo parking?

Public parking is located all around the building. Pre-paid and permit parking is located in Lot B1. If you would like more information on bus or limo parking, please call Parking Office at 306-229-5011.

What is the camera and video camera policy?

The camera policy varies from event to event. Absolutely no professional cameras, video recording or tablets/IPads are allowed in the building. Contact SaskTel Centre box office for more information.

How can I guarantee my tickets will work at the door?

SaskTel Centre looks forward to having you attend an event with us, however please take precaution when purchasing tickets. Tickets for events may be purchased at the following points of purchase: in person at the SaskTel Centre Box Office, at a Ticketmaster outlet (i.e. Tourism Saskatoon), by calling Ticketmaster at (306) 938-7800, or online via Ticketmaster.ca

SaskTel Centre cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets that are obtained through any third party that is not one of our listed points of purchase.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, all lost and found items are taken to Guest Services. To inquire about a lost item please call 306-975-3155 with a description of the item and the date it was lost. After 30 days all items will be donated or discarded.

If you should choose to purchase tickets from a third party, please take note of the following:

  • Admission will be refused if tickets are invalid.
  • SaskTel Centre will not replace any third party tickets that are lost or stolen.
  • SaskTel Centre cannot contact you with information in regards to time changes, show cancellations, or other important information so please contact the venue or check our website at www.SaskTelCentre.com
  • SaskTel Centre cannot refund third party tickets.

Tickets are only good for the event and seat in which they are purchased and cannot be transferred. All patrons of the SaskTel Centre are required to abide by the events policies and procedures. Tickets may be voided due to the discretion of the SaskTel Centre staff. Please see our policies for more details.
