A Guest Service location is available to answer your questions, collect lost and found, and provide assistance to guests. In addition, Guest Services can assist with finding lost guests and providing wheelchair escorts during events. Guest Services is located at Section D on the main concourse.

We are committed to exceeding our guest's expectations by providing excellent customer service. When you attend an event at SaskTel Centre, you should expect first-class service, a safe and clean environment, concessionaries that serve a variety of quality food, and courteous and knowledgeable staff. All event day staff work hand in hand at each of our events to ensure your experience is a positive one. As a guest at SaskTel Centre an individual's conduct must be bounded by the law and the right of others to enjoy the event, and should not offend or be abusive to others. We ask all guests to adhere to the following code of conduct:
This guide is intended to highlight some of the features of SaskTel Centre. If you need more information, you may visit Guest Services located on the main concourse at Section D. You may also reach a SaskTel Centre representative by calling (306) 975-3155 during regular business hours or texting (306) 491-7777 during any event.
For most events at SaskTel Centre, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. SaskTel Centre staff is trained in responsible alcohol management. Alcohol sales will be limited to up to two alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction*. All guests may be required to show ID to purchase alcohol. Guests are not permitted to bring in alcoholic beverages from outside and may not leave with alcohol purchased inside SaskTel Centre. Alcohol service will come to an end at a predetermined time at each event**. Management reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest.
Please be aware that it is the policy of SaskTel Centre to require all guests who appear to be thirty five (35) years of age or younger to present a valid form of ID with proof of age in order to purchase alcoholic beverages at the venue. Individuals who engage in the purchase of alcoholic beverages for minors or minors presenting falsified identification will be evicted from SaskTel Centre and reported to Saskatoon Police Service. SaskTel Centre reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who appears to be impaired.
*On occasion the number of alcoholic beverages may be reduced to one. This is at the discretion of SaskTel Centre management.
**Alcohol service end times are posted at each bar and concession location
SaskTel Centre management appreciates that persons with allergies have specific concerns relating to their allergies that impact their ability to attend and enjoy events and makes best efforts to accommodate persons with allergies.
Peanuts are not available at SaskTel Centre, though products containing nuts are sold. Persons with allergic conditions that restrict diet may be permitted to bring food or non-alcoholic beverages into SaskTel Centre for personal consumption, this will require management approval prior to guest’s arrival at SaskTel Centre. Items without prior approval will be denied at entrance. Subject to specific event security restrictions.
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited at SaskTel Centre with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Both men’s and women’s washrooms are equipped with baby change tables.
SaskTel Centre asks all guests to arrive early and travel light. All persons and bags are subject to search. Bags larger than 12x12x12 or backpack style bags are not permitted in the venue. SaskTel Centre does not provide an area to check bags, coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
For your convenience, ATM machines are located throughout SaskTel Centre. Please reference the concourse maps for exact locations.
Unless otherwise specified by teams or touring act management, SaskTel Centre allows guests bringing small signs, banners, posters and flags inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines apply:
Outside food and beverages, including water, are not permitted in SaskTel Centre at any time. This includes personal water bottles and travel mugs. Parents with small children may bring plastic bottles of formula or milk inside of the venue.
Non-professional, non-flash still photography is permitted at most events (cell phone, disposable, small point & shoot. No 35mm cameras, no interchangeable or telephoto lens are permitted). However, for some events, at the request of the artist/performer/team, cameras of any type may be prohibited. Video recording devices, audio recording devices, Go Pro cameras, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, and cameras with telephoto or interchangeable lenses (professional photography equipment) are not permitted in SaskTel Centre at any time. Video recording on any device and/or flash photography is prohibited at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced and management reserves the right to deny any electronic device at their discretion.
Please check the event profile for your specific event for the minimum age requirement prior to your purchase of tickets. For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to SaskTel Centre. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note, that for certain children's events (such as the performances of Disney Live!), all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. For Saskatoon Blades games, children aged two (2) and under get in free with the purchase of an adult ticket. Please contact the SaskTel Centre Box Office to more information.
SaskTel Centre does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.
If you have a complaint or concern before or after an event please use the CONTACT US page, and a SaskTel Centre team member will respond promptly. For concerns or complaints during an event, speak to the nearest Event Staff member or report directly to our dispatch by texting 306-491-7777. SaskTel Centre will use all reasonable efforts to resolve complaints appropriately.
Defibrillators can be found within SaskTel Centre at the following locations: Section C, Section N and Section 16
Unless otherwise stated, guests will be able to enter SaskTel Centre one hour prior to the scheduled start time of most events.
First-aid is located on the Main Concourse across from section Z. EMS attendants are on hand during all events at SaskTel Centre. Please inform a SaskTel Centre employee if first-aid assistance is needed.
Gift cards for use at the concessions are available for purchase, in any denomination. It may be redeemed at all concession stands. For information, please call 306-975-3155.
If you require assistance for any reason at an event call or text 306-491-7777. When texting, please provide your seat location (section, row and seat number) and the nature of the issue.
SaskTel Centre rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are sold on a no-refund, no-exchange basis. This stipulation is clearly marked on each ticket. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted immediately on our website.
If you have lost an item while at an event, please speak with a nearby staff member for further assistance.
Event merchandise can be purchased at various merchandise stands located throughout SaskTel Centre. Saskatoon Blades merchandise is also available at the Frozen Pond, the official retail store located across from section Z in the Main Concourse. Saskatchewan Rush merchandise is located at Section E, Section X, Section 15
SaskTel Centre encourage all fans to recycle. The recycling program at SaskTel Centre includes: recycling containers on all concourse levels, and in the suites. Please check the signage on the recycling containers to ensure you're recycling the proper items.
SaskTel Centre has a no re-entry policy, except in the case of medical situations or emergencies.
Patrons with medical emergencies or other emergencies who want to leave and return to the building must report to a Door Event Staff member located at the exit points for further instructions.
SaskTel Centre has a no refund, no exchange policy on tickets for all events.
SaskTel Centre provides a convenient area for rideshare drop-offs/pick-ups. Guests arriving will be dropped off outside of Gate 4. There is a pickup location adjacent to Lot C outside the Gregg’s Home Services entrance. For more information on rideshare.
For your safety and security, all guests and their belongings may be subject to search prior to admission. Some events may involve metal detector wands, pat-down searches and/or bag checks performed by designated security personnel. We may deny entry to guests who refuse to comply with security procedures.
SaskTel Centre is a smoke free building.
This includes electronic cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
In compliance with City of Saskatoon Bylaw #8286, there is no smoking, including electronic cigarettes, permitted anywhere in SaskTel Centre. This policy is strictly enforced. Violation of this bylaw is grounds for ejection.
There are no designated smoking areas and re-entry is prohibited, except in the case of medial situations or emergencies.
During some concerts, the artists may request that guests be permitted to stand immediately in front of their seats during the entirety of the performance. On those occasions, standing guests shall continue to be respectful of others around them and avoid blocking the view of other guests. Guest must not stand in aisle ways or in front of another person's seat to view the event. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from SaskTel Centre.
Tablets, IPad or laptop computers are prohibited during SaskTel Centre events. Exception is made for media with appropriate credentials for sporting or major events.
Guests will not be permitted to access SaskTel Centre's wireless connection.
The temperature inside SaskTel Centre during hockey games is maintained at approximately 65 degrees. Of course, the temperature may vary depending on your proximity to the ice surface. We suggest that you consider wearing layered clothing or bring a jacket or sweater if you are attending a hockey game.
The temperature inside SaskTel Centre for all other events may vary greatly due to logistics and artist requests. The artist may also ask us to adjust the temperature to their liking so that they are more comfortable for their performance. Even if you are attending a concert during the winter, you may want to consider wearing light clothes under your heavier layers.
We strongly recommend that you obtain your tickets for SaskTel Centre events from Ticketmaster or our Box Office. If you need assistant purchasing a ticket or have questions regarding your ticket type please contact the Box Office at 1-800-970-SEAT (7328) or 306-938-7800.
For your convenience, water fountains are located on the Main Concourse throughout SaskTel Centre. Please reference the concourse maps for exact locations.
As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during hockey games). During other events, we ask that you wait for a break between songs to walk around so that you do not block the view of those ticketholders who are seated. We thank you for complying with this.
For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times.
